QUALIFIERS

TOURNAMENT INFO

Teams must be registered USSSA.  To register for the tournaments, please pay by check and not credit card as you will save the $25 USSSA web fee.  The option is provided when you go to pay.

Teams must provide proof of insurance, birth certificate, and a USSSA roster when checking in the day of the tournament.

​

3 game pool play then single elimination.  $500 entrance fee if paying by check or $525 if paying by credit card on-line.  This is a Pay-at-the-Plate Tournament.  Each team will pay an umpire fee of $50 cash at Home Plate at beginning of game.  HV Fastpitch will pay the umpire fees for the semi-finals and championship games.  Coaches must check in at the Tournament Director's tent prior to first game to receive information packet.

If tournament fee is paid by check, it must be made out to "HV Fastpitch" and mailed to Hudson Valley Fastpitch, 17 Woodland Drive, Walden, NY, 12586.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation when check is receivedc.
